What is the Network of Multiplikators?
We have a network of practitioners, researchers, designers, and academics whom we engage in our work in projects as it is appropriate for addressing complicated and complex problems. We build the team around the challenge we are facing. For example, Represented Institute: the global institute for equitable and just design, an initiative born of Transekt, is an informal community of more than 115+ expert actors with multi-variate academic and practice-situated backgrounds. RI is a network of primarily BIPOC and/or queer talents who have a unique situated-knowledge and value based on their intersectionally situated identities. Many of these folks are entrepreneurs with their own enterprises, several work as freelancers, and others are in the membership process of Transekt and working towards partnership positions — our equivalent of worker-ownership.
What other actors do we call upon to implement our work?
We also develop partnerships in pursuit of the development of programs and events supporting social innovation. Transekt’s Trans(form)ation program, for example, calls upon partnerships with #Genodigital, Travelling University, Migrapreneur, Black in Tech, Hassler: DEI, and OK Sorted.
Additionally, those who are interested in pursuing Partner positions in the shared-ownership of Transekt UG, can join as Associates who contribute to the growth and development of the enterprise by building upon their own capacities and interests.
