The challenge: Aspiring social innovators face pressures to conform to traditional business practices, navigate complex socio-ecological landscapes, and contend with low visibility of alternative models and cultural resistance to equitable and just organizational change. To collectively create a more equitable and just society, we need to bridge the gap between private value creation and societal benefit.

To tackle the complex global challenges such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)* by the United Nations, we need to address the root causes of systemic structural breakdowns — the values, principles, mental models and cultural norms. Without inner transformation, outer change is impossible.
